Always polite and helpful
Very disappointed in the service they provided… diagnose me with influenza a and prescribed me zpack… a simple google search will show it will not touch the flu….. after 4 days not a single change in my symptoms I call trying to get a prescription that will help (Oseltamivir Phosphate capsules) and they deny me when once again a simple google search says it will take care of influenza A & B. when they prescribed the wrong medicine to begin with they wanted to argue with me and say nothing they can give will help… even the do... read more
Would post a negative 2 stars if possible. Took my wife in this morning for pain in her abdomen and confusion. Provider finally came in and said your urine came back clean with no infection. We can’t treat stomach pain here you need to go to the ER. She never even talked to my wife about what was going on. We proceeded to the ER in Salisbury where it’s been determined she has an awful UTI that is more than likely causing the confusion. The staff in laurel from the reception to the provider lack any professionalism.
Came in at 630 don't close until 7 and they are not seeing anymore patients. Only had 1 person waiting
The lab is GREAT!! The rude ones are at the immediate care. Shawna at the lab WAS the best!!!
