Horrible car wash. Don’t trust these people with your investment. I was rear ended by a car put too close in the tunnel by a Tidal Wave Car Wash Employee. The manager Jeff Melman told me that they were not responsible because they have a sign. Never asked if everyone was ok. Never look at the damage. Never had any concern for situation except to make sure we knew he was not responsible for a car hitting me from behind in their wash tunnel. Jeff was ver unprofessional, indifferent and uncaring.
