Actually, a 4 on the wash but a 2 on the service. Car gets clean...do it yourself dry and vacuum. Nice enough people.... ....but I wanted to change a car on our monthly plan and they could only find one account under my name. I wanted to change the other. Long story short, in spite of a bill showing the contrary, they could not change the other. Without a credit card. That has my name on it. And to which I was billed twice in one month. After 3 washes, under my front bumper was not clean. I asked the attendant to please clean under the bumper with the brush. I was told it was mud & they are not allowed to clean it! (it isn't caked on mud, muddy water from a mud puddle. She said I didn't have to be rude. There is NO signs on the property that say they can't use a brush to clean mud, no do's & don'ts. I was told by the attendant that if they clean the mud off my car that it would scratch the paint off my car and the other cars and that I would be responsible ... read more
