I was satisfied with my services until my daughter had a recent issue. She went through the wash in April 2026. After her wash she noticed her antenna fin was gone. She returned to the wash 20 minutes later and they did find her antenna in the tunnel. It was destroyed. She was given contact info for 2 people, I contacted Dalton and he agreed to work with me for a new fin. Since her SUV is a little older, I agreed to allowing them to purchase a fin off of EBAY. After being a member for over 6 months I was told that they are under new management and I can no longer go thru with the cart that carries my moms disability scooter on the back of my car. Bad business. Should have had some sort of email sent out before billing for a new month.
