Great experience
I assumed the free vacuums at Tidal Wave Car Wash were available to anyone, since that’s how they’re advertised. I didn’t realize they’re only for customers who purchase a wash. Not everyone knows that, so I think the advertising should make it much clearer to avoid confusion.
Very friendly greeter at payment kiosk. Won a free wash in a raffle. The wash was great and will go back.
Great service. Conveniently located across the street from Costco. I got the membership and I go get a wash every time I get gas from Costco. Super worth it. The staff have even been trying their best every time to get the extra tough tree-sap spots off my car, which have been slowly going away with each time I go through. Their vacuums also have better attachments and such than other car washes that I've gone to.
