First off, wonderful car wash. However its kinda ridiculous its 45$ for the top package Take 5/franks was 25$ and same quality. Also provided military discounts for availability. I get making profit but it does mean 45$ month, I could see 30$

This place damaged my lexus wheels. And almost every time I bring a vehicle in there is something not working. Probably going to cancel the membership since this place always has a portion of the system not working. Today was half the cleaning machines not working and half the dispensers not working. The location by Kroger on Killian trys to rip our mirrors off.

I feel like this Tidal Wave location lacks oversight. 1. The drying rotating cloth at the end of the tunnel hasn’t worked in about a month. 2. The employees are always on their cell phones when I pull up and are constantly taking them out. Unlike other locations, they are never friendly and seem to be miserable while being there. 3. My fast pass sticker is never working at this location. Every time I come there, a new person supposedly fixes it but I still have issues the next time. Good car wash, didn't scratch my car up and had good towels and vacuums. I always go here when I need to get a car wash.

Wash is good. But I was lied to about the membership. I was told by the person it was $20 per month. I specifically asked if it was a recurring charge, he said no, it was pay as you go, $20 per month (basic hot wax wash) Come to find out, it IS A recurring charge, and its double what I was told. I was lied to just to get me to sign up. As a business owner myself (over 15 years in business) this is unacceptable. Lying to yhe customer is a great way to not have any.
