Received exceptional service. Older black gentleman at the prep area did great. He put more effort into the prep than I had seen in a long time in the last few years of me going to this location. Nice to know there are still people out there that take their job seriously.
Waited until 8:10. Employee stated he can’t open because none of the managers showed up. Unprofessional
Best customer service of all the car washes in the Roswell/Alpharetta area.. I have been a member since they opened and they went to a new level of customer service and crisis readiness. I locked my keys in the car and had no communications to get help.. The guys had a car door tool and took the time to rescue me in a dire situation. Saved me a couple hundred dollars and hours of lost time. Truly appreciated the extra effort. Customer as long as im in the area.
Normally I am not a fan of getting car washes. But this place is great and it makes my car look brand new.
