Some of the employees will spend too much time on their phones. I waited about a minute before the guy actually guided me onto the rails. The rest of them seem eager to help and do a good job. When they clean your front windshield, they need ti het under the wipers. The car wash itself does pretty good job. The undercarriage wash needs improvement, does not get all the wheel well and under the fender welds. I see they added some extra blowers. The towels and vacuums are great.
