Two significant issues with this business. A salesperson presented a 30 day promotion without informing me that this was a monthly renewal program. Was charged for several months without realizing the recurring charge (it is my responsibility to check my statements but I didn’t catch it right away). Also received a ding on the rear lift door of my car from my first wash. Will not use Tidal Wave again.
