I go to tidal wave for all my washing needs today.I locked myself out of my vehicle.The staff was so kind and so patient with me.I wanna thank all of them for all they do.And thank you for having such good people in waynesboro , virginia
Car never fully gets cleaned overpriced and sheetz car wash is better and cheaper, also the orange beard guy forgot his name never smiles and is grumpy I'd suggest he gets a better job or cheers up

First visit today. Free wash and no pressure sales tactics. Free vacuuming stations, towels and glass cleaner. Very nice! Update: Returned on May 9th, 2026. Met with Steven who was handling the full lot of customers professionally and with a smile. I spoke with him about a minor concern from my last visit, Steven went above and beyond in response and was very pleasant to deal with. I spoke to a second manager (don't recall her name) to inform her of the positive experience and found her pleasant and approachable. Good job Ti... read more
