BUYER BEWARE! I bought a $20 single car wash and told the service attendant that I did not want the monthly membership when he asked. I was signed up for a $50 per month membership without my consent and Tidal Wave refuses to refund me for a service I did not even order. They are saying they have no way to verify I didn't ask for it. Common sense would show that if a customer ordered an unlimited monthly wash, but never used the car wash one time in the following two months, then they didn't order it.
