I got their cheapest car wash and left with a small crack in my windshield and missing some paint on my rear door handle. I also accepted an offer I should have refused for a free car washes for 30 days and got a sticker on the inside of my windshield that was near impossible to remove and left behind residue. None of that was bad enough to make me write a review, but then I also got charged $30 next month because I guess the guy just forgot to tell me that the offer was actually a trial for their membership. This company is a fraud. The teenager conned me out of a “recurring membership” and did not tell me I would be charged $40 a month. Their home office would not refund the full amount. TERRIBLE FRADULENT BUSINESS

UNETHICAL! I've only been to this wash 6 times since October 2024, can show the charges on my CC and DCs, where I've only ever bought the $15 wash. Shame on me for not checking closer, but found out yesterday I had been charged $29.97/month for the previous 4 months. I have NEVER said Yes to the sales people as they peddle the monthly memberships. I have NEVER given them my phone number. I handed them my method of payment for that one time wash each visit.
