Had a great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash! Marcus was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about providing good customer service. Definitely recommend Tidal Wave Car Wash!!!

This place trash as hell the only time the place was good is when they first week they opened up now they do nothing but leave scratches and swirls in your paint you can cancel your membership and still get charged for it no refund. And now they’ll tell you that the vacuums aren’t free because I don’t want to put my hellcat through a car wash this place is a joke. The car wash that was here before this place got built was 10x better
