You will have a pleasant experience when you choose the plumbers at Tidal Mechanical to undertake your job. From the initial meeting, Rob cordially gave expert advice and offered options of what to do with my failed tankless water heater. My unit was not supplying hot water. He pointed out what the original installers had not done correctly and what his team would do. What was most impressive was he showed me how to get temporary hot water until I made a decision. We really appreciated what was done by Tidal. Our 2 year old tankless unit was overheating and shut down constantly. When I contacted Rob the owner, he was able to send Paolo in a timely manner. Paolo contacted the manufacturer and was able to diagnose our problem. Although the problem wasn’t completely fixed during the first visit, Paolo installed additional safety feature for our unit which was completely missed by our installer. "They redid our whole system. We have in-floor heating and the boiler that we had went. They had to take out everything: in the hot water tank and everything and a new on-demand hot water system and it looks like a spaceship downstairs. It's awesome. They did a really awesome job. They were really lovely to work with. "
