We contacted Tidal Mechanical after being referred to them to replace our leaking hot water tank. Rob came by to look at the site as we were considering switching to a tankless water heater system. After discussing the benefits, we decided to proceed. Rob, Paolo and Brenden were a pleasure to work with. The work was done extremely well and with very little inconvenience. The job site was left spotless. We are very pleased with the Tidal team and highly recommend their work.
We had Tidal Mechanical come out to do an assessment on why our current heating and ac system was having so many problems. They found multiple issues and were able to communicate them to us in a way we understood. After the assessment they touched bases with a phone call to go over their findings and suggestions for fixing. Speaking to Rob it is clear that they care about providing high quality and honest customer service to their clients.
Rob and his team did a great job on our boiler.
