While on a road trip to Nova Scotia from Ontario in our van, we were involved in a rear end collision by Peggy's Cove that totaled our vehicle. After being stranded, we were having a tough time finding another van to rent to finish our road trip with 5 people and luggage. I gave Tidal a call and they were wonderful. They called the insurance company and took care of all the foot work with them. Tidal then drove from the Dartmouth location to pick us up in Halifax location at no extra charge. I was having a hard time finding a van from all major car rental companies and ChatGPT recommended to use a local car rental company. I called Tidal and was able to book the van in no time. The experience was great. They dropped and picked the car up from the airport for a fees, which is completely understandable. The van was good and overall experience was amazing. I recommend everyone using local companies and supporting them versus major companies.

This car rental company provides exceptional service. We had booked 2 car that really were to small to accommodate luggage of 3 families. (My error not theirs) They went above and beyond on the spot to find us a bigger vehicle. This was stressful for us. However they were helpful, professional and patient during the entire hour it took to fix this. Thank you Tidal Car Rentals. Robinson and Berdon families
