My wife and I recently had to attend a funeral service in Cape Breton. With very short notice we were able to obtain a car rental through Tidal Rentals. Aditi, the manager at the Dartmouth location expedited a rental for us at a very reasonable rate with polite and professional service. Worried about getting a large SUV that I needed to go up to Cabot Links. Have had nightmare experiences with Hertz and Avis in past where they don’t have the car they promised. At Tidal - you can actually talk to the people delivering your car. They dropped it off at the airport on time and it was a new ford explorer. No hassles - great experience.
I needed a car at last moment when no other car in the city was available. Only Tidal was able to provide me a vehicle. Very clean and well maintained vehicle. Professional staff and very polite. Anyone visiting halifax try renting car with them.
