The view was immaculate and so was the wine selection. The food on the other hand was not what I was expecting for a seemingly high quality restaurant. The mussels appetizers were very fishy and old smelling and did not taste right. We order the Lamb chops and specifically requested them well done. The lamb chops were rare and even bleeding. The server did not check-in with us during our meal and when we mentioned the under done lamb he said “that’s why I order lamb boneless”, and did not apologize for any inconvenience.
I stayed at the Paradise Point Resort & Spa and thought it would be a good idea to try this restaurant on my first night in town. The menu is very pricey given the quality of the food. There is a pretty limited selection. They charge $10 just for bread alone. It is pretty good. I ordered an expensive lamb chops dish and asked for it to be cooked medium well as I have a medical condition that requires me to be very cautious of raw or undercooked foods.
