Too many problems in this title company.
We’re an elderly couple (79&77yrs old) and the closing of escrow on the sale of our home was 5days ago and they’ve not released our $90,000 plus funds!!! Every day they have a different excuse and it’s hurting us financially as well as health wise as now we require daily assistance. Why are they still licensed in Nevada, such negligence to the max!!!!!
Had Ticor do the inspection when we bought our town home two years ago. Ticor passed work that was done incorrectly, the home had water damage from leaking pipes on the second story. The work was done improperly, resulting in damage to the structure, wall, ceiling and floors. Now I’m having to pay $1000 deductible to fix work that wasn’t done right the first time.
