"Agent" Diana Lopez lied on the real estate disclosure form that there were no repairs needed to complete this sale of seller's home. After an inspection report cited a missing heater that is required by State code, this repair wasn't done & my appraisal failed to go through with my lender. Terrible and unprofessional. Escrow botched closing and paid more to utility companies than what was on final payoff. Not to mention they didn’t notify me of it, I had to request payoff amounts on my own to compare to what was paid out because the numbers for a vacant house on closing were sky high. When asked why they paid out more than actual amount they said it’s policy, they can’t do anything about it, and that I need to call the utility companies on my own to get reimbursed.
