This company wrongfully fired me accusing me of spreading covid intentionally when I was actually running a low grade fever because I was pregnant! I even proved that I went and got tested for c19 and it was negative. I tried to sue them and they used my former friend/ associate who worked for the company to write a statement against me- not only that- they kept on that employee that physically assaulted me- and moved him to a manager position! They are always messing up the ledger that you owe or trying to find ways to charge you extra money. The people in the office do not know how to do their job. They mess up your account and instead of taking accountability for their actions they charge you for their screw ups. I would run far far away if I were you. I can't wait to get out of this lease here. The corporate office never responds to anything. Nothing is urgent to them except them getting paid.

Looking forward to moving from here. The manager and staff is very rude, especially the manager. I was told the tenants have to pay for drip pans. Never heard of that! They don’t care about work orders. It has taken almost a year to get one work ordered completed and this is the second time I was on the pest control list and no one came. I called and was told there was a mix up. No, people just aren’t doing their job and don’t care. Incompetent staff. And don’t bother complaining up the chain, it gets worse.

Payton was super helpful through the tour and application process. The application process wasn't too complicated either, and Ticon was really transparent about its requirements.
