The management used to be fantastic but lately they’ve either changed people or are understaffed. I’ve emailed, called, sent messages through the portal, and finally had to show up at the office. In the end the scheduled a preventative spray which does nothing for the actual problem. At this point I’d just like an actual solution. This is unlivable.
Management sucks
Not so great during the last two years I lived there. Sylvia is the property manager for the complex. She has no empathy for people. Beware about living here if you're a senior citizen. My lease was not renewed because of "age and disability". I did have 9 wonderful years there until Sylvia came on board.
Terrible place to live. Just don’t. Work orders you submit will be cancelled without notice. I have placed the same work order 4 times now and it just keeps getting cancelled. Also they will charge you a late fee even if youre on auto pay and “a glitch in their system occurs”, but it’s your fault and not theirs. Management is absolutely terrible.
Disorganized, unhelpful and poorly managed.
