The apartments at ********* are reasonably priced and are not badly maintained, but their management leaves much to be desired. Work orders often go unaddressed or are closed without resolution, so if you have a problem, you might be better off handling it yourself. The office staff, ***************************** and the others, are not very helpful and seem to serve no more purpose than a decorative piece. I have lived on this property for 3 years, the first two were during the pandemic so I understood why it was hard to get in contact with someone. But the last year it has been terrible. I upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and that was honestly the worst decision. I should have left the property completely. I was wrongfully charged for damages in my previous apartment on the property and it took them 3 months to reverse the charges stating that they had a new property manager that wrongfully charged me. I been complaining about mold for a few months and all they said was to get a rag and soap and scrub! My three year old was sick for a whole week went to doctor and he didnt have a virus or anything. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with him! I have mold growing out my bathroom and kitchen cabinets. The assistant manager was supposed to come look at it last Friday. Im ****** form Foxcahse II.If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a resident for 3.5 years. I wouldnt recommend staying at these properties. I moved here because it was affordable for my budget and woodcroft is a safe area. I still feel safe but the price is outrageous for the lackluster amenities and appliances. Also the way the office staff communicates with the residents needs to be addressed. Great place for apartments and townhouse rentals! Over the years, my husband and I have lived in four of their properties. Audubon Lake, Foxchase, Lochridge, and Pine Ridge. The units were always well maintained. The staff was always helpful. Units always had a great price from the one bedroom in Foxchase to the townhouse units at the other three places we've occupied. They have many different properties and floor plans to choose from.

I have lived at **** *****for the past 7 years. The rent has gone up which is fine, I understand the cost of living is rising however my issue is when I get my monthly statement for the month of October it is one price then come November you charge me an additional $70 on top of the increase because you "forgot " to charge me for the previous month. I should have received a notice or something within the month of October, instead of you waiting an entire month. I create a budget and try to stay within that especially on item... read more

I have been here five years. Rent has now skyrocketed and the only explanation they can offer is algorithms. No upgrades. There aren't any incentives offered this year. These apartments at Bentley Ridge are only one bedroom and they are charging prices that are for two bedrooms and upgraded. These appliances are old and dingy. If you brush against the wall, marks stay on the wall. Maintenance can never fix anything and the office staff is always rude. You know when it's time to go!

To stay up to date with the growing rental market we've changed our pricing strategy to daily pricing which takes into account our pricing and availability as well as our competitors in the area. Upon renewal tenants are offered a "best price" discount of at least 5% lower than a new lease on a comparable apartment. Last summer we were temporarily behind on non emergency calls due to staffing and supply shortages. To correct this issue a third party maintenance team was hired to help get caught up. My husband and I have been here for a month. We lived at another property owned by them for three years, there were actually very little problems there. If you don't count the flooring rising in the bathroom, the heat turning off in the summer... At least they replaced that and fixed that within two days. But now we move in to a New Unit, mind you an upgraded "premium" unit. I'm starting to realize there's not much premium about it.
