I have been @ TT for 2 years, affordable place, peaceful, quite, nice office to work with, quick with repairs within the same day or next day as called in. Nothing but good to say.

I have lived there for so long that I dont remember my first lease year. I havent ssen rodents, black widows, criminal activity. The owner will take an interest in the individual and their family if allowed to. Be upfront with concerns and they are dealt with,handle your business with respect and you will get it. The party who claims rodent infestation is welcome to arrange a meeting with the owner and prove these claims...if they are true.
I,ve read a few reviews about this place and most were bad, but i personally lived in Ticknor from Nov.2005 thru Mar.2010 and have never seen a rat,mouse or any of these other critters that people claimed they had to live with...Ill admit that once in a blue moon i saw a roach or maybe some fruitflies, but it was a rare sighting...Maybe the people that had all of these rodent problems may have brought them with them and need someone or something to blame it on....Well if i had to live there again, i would....ill miss it.
Lived at TT for a year. Dirty mice filled apts. Nothing for young children to play on. no pool. look around at others first and compare.
