Scheduled to tour a house and he was over 20 minutes late. We reached out a couple of times and when he finally responded he did not apologize for being late and asked what the property address is.... like shouldn’t you know? The house we were touring looked super sketchy in person and nothing like the photos that were shared. Save your time and find a different guy.

I rented a house with my partner from Joseph for almost four years. It was awful. He was also a horrible neighbor. Loud, obnoxious and irritating. I would never recommend anyone to rent from him. 10/25/19 update: Mr. Joesph states that this is review is untrue and false? The worst around. Please do not give this man any money or your will be sorry. By far, the most dishonest person I've ever done business with. Just happy I realized it before I gave him a cent! Stay away....far away!
I am writing this review (which I created a new Google account for only this purpose) to specifically make sure anyone who uses Joseph Rinaudo, or happens to make an appointment to view a rental/sale listing with him, to absolutely refrain from using his services. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism, and outward lack of care in guiding potential renters/buyers in viewing one of his listings.
