Shout out to the awesome customer service!!! Long story short, I was given the wrong sandwich at lunch. When I called just to let them know they were very quick to make it right! They delivered a new meal to my office!

Our rugby team was in town from Maryland for the weekend and we needed to feed 35 college rugby players. One of the mom's called Tickle my Ribs Saturday morning and by Saturday evening we had the food delivered and set up! Everything was awesome and well appreciated. Way to go Tickle my Ribs!�

The customer service was awesome. I didn't like the chopped chicken at all, however my ribs were tender. I didn't like the tomato base which I now know is the St. Louis way. Lesson learned today but it wasn't horrible and again the service was great.
