got a ticket and when i went to pay for it they said the cvc code was wrong and it was not,now they wont let me call or nothing such a bad experience with them
The worst ever!!! DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE!!!! The event I purchsed tickets for, got canceled. They still haven't refunded my money. I reached out to them by email several times because they do not have a phone number with real operators. They never notified me that they would be canceling and there would be a new date, so imagine calling off for work, then arrive at a event and there is no event. I bought tickets in January 2024 for a show in Feb 2024. I chose pdf tickets instead of will call, and there was a ticket delivery delay stated on the purchase page that tickets would be emailed on the day of show. The morning of the show I emailed Ticketweb, and they emailed the tickets to me within 20 minutes. No problems, delivery just as promised.

After reading so many negative reviews, I feel compelled to relay my positive experience... I have tickets for an event tonight, but could only find the confirmation email, not the email with the ticket pdf. I emailed support, and got a response within 5 minutes including the pdf tickets to use tonight. Very happy with this experience!
