On July 15, 2026, I purchased a $100+ ticket for an Austin City Limits show featuring the Mavericks at Moody Theater for August 7, 2026. I was told the e-ticket would arrive by August 7, with inconsistent instructions (e.g. may or may not be available in Apple Wallet). Купил через них билет, обещали прислать билеты в течении 24 часов, в итоге через 48 часов пришло письмо что заявка аннулирована. Хорошо что деньги вернули. Точно ни когда через них не куплю, лучше переплатить и купить на прямую у авиаперевозчика.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. CALL THE VENUE DIRECTLY. THEIR WEBSITE WILL "BREAK", THEN WHEN YOU CALL IN THEY ADD $200+ TO YOUR TICKET PRICE. DESERVES AN FTC INVESTIGATION.
This is 100% a scam! Do not purchase anything from these people! The “prices” for the “tickets” are overinflated and you NEVER see them! They DO NOT give your money back even after I called 5 minutes later when I realize it was a scam.
Awful experience, run far away if you see them pop up and divert you to them to get your tickets. You will be sent email after email that is completely useless. They will give you the runaround for weeks. You will have zero tickets, zero refund and nothing but frustration, Scam, pay attention and make sure that before you buy tickets this has not popped up and become your source because you will get no resolution, I did not go to them directly, I had actually gone to the venue itself and somehow got diverted here and highly ... read more
