It stinks they take your money in 3 seconds, but u sell tickets it takes forever for ticketmaster to pay you back, biggest scam
This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I sold tickets directly back to them a week before a Jelly roll concert. The concert was 10/6 it’s now 10/17 and I still haven’t received my payment for them. Customer service is an absolute joke they won’t give me any information, just keep “escalating” it and then telling me 5-7 business days. Do not sell them your tickets if you expect payment in 5-7 business days as it says on their website they won’t give you any assistance and you’ll be waiting forever for your money with no in... read more
