DO NOT USE. Got my Girlfriend Floorsests to the Beyoncé Concert at Met Life. It’s been raining all day so we received notification that the event would be canceled/ rescheduled just for them to tell us that the show would be resuming HOURS LATER. I wasn’t allowed to resell them or exchange them for another date. I wasn’t allowed also told that I would have to wait upwards of 48 hours before I would be able to speak with a manager…PLEASE AVOID TICKETMASTER
stay away !!! Do not buy or try to sell tickets from this company. I purchased 2 tickets for an event ($2000). Now I want to transfer them BUT Ticketmaster won’t let me. I’ve been on 2 calls for 4 hours and numerous emails, chats but no help They told me on 2 occasions I would be called but I was NEVER called. Horrific experiance. Beware and stay away. This is not a reputable company
