No customer service. Hotline is unmanned. Don’t use Ticketek
Purchased add-on peace of mind refundable ticket but THIS company was absolutely scam and misleading!!!! It’s impossible to get your ticket refund unless literally you die!!!!!!!! Never book with this scam!!!!
I hate booking tickets with this company, everything is always so difficult. They only give you a short timer to navigate the website, find seats, enter all infomation, sign in and pay for it, but by the time you get around to paying for it the timer resets and you have to go through it all again. Should be ashamed of themselves. Plus a ridiculous $10 service fee
