Cant access my account to get purchased tickets l. Cant contact Ticjetek to get it fixed. Cant express 8n words how horrendous the customer service is!
Paid an extra $207 on top of the price of tickets for "refundable tickets" which in itself is wrong. When I applied for a refund on some of the tickets I had purchased it was declined due to it not matching their criteria. Absolute joke

Would rate 0 if possible. Waited in queue, got through, had tickets in cart, went to pay and bam, booted from site. Guess what, get back in and can't get tickets. Never ever had an issue with ticketmaster, just this incompetent mob
