I had an awful experience using this service. I contacted them a few days after I received a ticket and was told not to worry about anything. I received a failure to appear notice in the mail because they failed to show up and represent me after giving me 1 million excuses and finally giving me representation. I still got a ticket although the fine was slightly reduced, and I got access to traffic school because of the failure to appear my insurance premium still went up and when you factor in the $700 that I paid them in al... read more
Would not recommend. $300 to get me traffic school that I could've requested myself, but they sure tried to make it sound like they did me a huge favor in my outcome email. Didn't reduce the fine at all, so now I'm out hundreds of dollars just to delay the inevitable. Seems like they work out for some people, but their "60% crushed + 30% reduced" statistic listed on their website is almost certainly a mischaracterization.
