Dr. Ticho performs thorough examinations, explains a patient's condition in layman's terms and seems to really care about his patients.
Do not go to this eye doctor if you have Keratoconus. The doctor and staff are very incompetent when comes to treating this condition.
The experience was bad from the unfriendly staff at the reception till Doctor(Darin Strako), he was very disrespictful to us. He tried to ignore anything I say and started talking to his assistance each time I'm asking a question, and then he was telling me to repeat, and then do the same thing again by ignoring what I said and go back to his computer! its like he was intentionally doing that.
