Living in Pinecrest. I am SHOCKED by the roach situation in this place. They live in the fridge, they crawl across your food WHILE you're cooking and they'll try to snuggle with you while you sleep. Absolutely a problem that probably should get this place condemned but the resiliency of the roaches here should really get the attention of the scientific community. I can't express how bad the roach problem is... I just killed 3 IN MY FREEZER! Killing roaches is the name of the game here. I've killed a couple that were crawling on me while i slept. Expect to kill 15-30 roaches per day living in one of these apartments. If you're ok with that, Tice Family LLC properties are for you!
Just moved to their apartment and it's nice!!! You call for an issue and they come out within the hour. Fix what you need them to ND are very nice. I recommend their apartments
