This is the type of establishment where you come to dine ... not just eat. Here, you may indulge yourself and your friends by taking the time to sample several outstanding wines while enjoying a relaxing atmosphere and world class appetizers, entrees and deserts prepared by artists dedicated to your satisfaction. My wife and I, together with our friends, make it a point to visit Victor and his excellent staff at least once a month. We've never been disappointed!

One of the very best restaurants in Boone! Excellent friendly service, scrumptious food, love, love, love their all you can eat soup and salads. The cream soups are to die for and the Cesar salads are the best!

The food was AMAZING. It was the most authentic italian experience me and my girlfriend have had probably ever. Boone has seriously gained a 5 STAR great place. Pricing is totally reasonable and affordable. The fettucine ollivera is what dreams are made of. Highly recommend.
This is mine and my husband's favorite place to go. We have tried almost everything on the menu even the pizzas are delish there are no complaints with this place. By far the best we have had around here in a long time. The service is great and Victor definitely aims to please. This is a must try place. Portions are big enough to split but we like the left overs! MOLTO BENE!
I finally got to try the new Tic Toc tonight. I'm not sure why I waited so long because it was very good! Everything from the "bubbly" to the Caramel Crunch Cake!! Service was awesome too!! Can't wait to go back!!
