Don’t buy these Chinese products, I bought an electric scooter for $600 . It didn’t work , I didn’t get a receipt or refund .

Purchased 2 speakers and they are both garbage. Used the first one and it died within 3 months of using it. Began using the second one and it died also within months of using it. Purchased them less than a year ago and the company refuses to exchange them and had the nerve to insult me when I called by giving me instructions on how to operate them. I’ve purchased many Bluetooth speakers over the years and never had any of them die this quickly.

I rarely write a review, but I feel compelled to because of the positive tech support I've received from TIC. First - the outdoor subwoofer is great! Always connects via bluetooth and has an excellent sound. Second - I've called support twice in the last year, and I've received some of the best customer service that I've ever experienced from any company. One TIC Omnispeaker burnt out after 5 months. After I cconnected with their support team they were very professional, highly concerned with my issue and they resolved the issue quickly. The speakers sound great in my back yard.
