Purchased OSIOMX 2.1 subwoofer. It worked one time. Thereafter, the unit would not power on at all...not lights or anything. Power adaptor AN-HT-01 working. It was very very difficult to get a customer representative to communicate about a refund! The rep had a loud, mean, uncooperative tone with a language barrier also. I encouraged anyone to beware seller.
Don’t buy these Chinese products, I bought an electric scooter for $600 . It didn’t work , I didn’t get a receipt or refund .
Purchased 2 speakers and they are both garbage. Used the first one and it died within 3 months of using it. Began using the second one and it died also within months of using it. Purchased them less than a year ago and the company refuses to exchange them and had the nerve to insult me when I called by giving me instructions on how to operate them. I’ve purchased many Bluetooth speakers over the years and never had any of them die this quickly.
