I worked with this vendor and now twice the shut down servers of mine and now communication from the this vendor what so ever. We email them numerous times to figure out the problem and don't get any kind of response from them. Never use this company. Very unhappy with them.
Terrible tech support. Terrible communication. Terrible company.
Horrible experience with their network infrastructure. No ownership from management when we talked about the issues. I moved those services elsewhere.
I have worked with SEN Technologies for years. Trusting a platform is one thing, but trusting the people in a company is paramount. SEN has always had our best interests at heart. Five stars are well deserved!
