Dr. Carpenter was professional, articulate, friendly, and efficient. There was a mixup on another appointment but the staff was apologetic and accommodating for another appointment. The staff was also upbeat and friendly. I appreciated Marianne explaining all costs and insurance coverages. Thank you!
Dr Brad is the absolute best! Shows genuine care for his patients…asks questions, takes as much time is needed for a thorough exam, and eliminates any concerns. Staff at Tiburon Family Eyecare does a great job with getting the insurance taken care of and following up with any orders. Highly recommend for anybody looking for a new eye doctor.
