It was not a pleasant experience. They gave a high price for a procedure. Cancelled appointment in advance and did not plan to have procedure there. Had appointment with another dentist and then who calls back but Tiburon family dental and they stated that the procedure was actually lower in price. Went to Tiburon they are close to the neighborhood had the procedure. Next thing you know they want to charge the high price. Horrible experience. Unprofessional, terrible customer service & an all-around miserable dentist visit & follow-up conversations with the office staff. Avoid at all costs!
Had a root canal done there and months later was in severe pain in the same area. Had an endodontist look at it and discovered Tiburon Dental missed a nerve. Presented the facts to Tiburon Dentist expecting a refund for faulty work but was ignored.
