My kids have been coming to Tiburon Family Dental for 3 yrs. They love their Hygienist and the Dentist.
I would actually give this dental office zero stars if if would allow me to. IT has charged us and both insurance companies and have refused to give refunds. I have been dealing with them since May in their questionable billing practices. I have proof of over payments and the irony is that for several months they had no record of those credit balances on our account and had no record of our insurance EOBs. I sent them copies and they still refuse to refund. Any current patients really need to ask for hard copies of their acc... read more
