There needs to be an option for a rating of zero stars. I received a text message saying it was fixed (we needed the sprinkler on our patio turned on) and it hasn't been touched -- the cap's still on. We always keep our patio gate locked, so they should have knocked on the door. If we weren't home, they should have called us. They need to come by and fix it tomorrow. Since our patio gate is always locked, they need to ring the doorbell (and my husband (who will be here all day) will let them out on to the patio to fix it.
