Really enjoy community life at Tiburon. Tori and Luke Humphreys plan activities for all ages. We have been able to meet so many new people because of their well planned and thought out activities. Tori and Luke are hard working, fun loving and creative people!
Community life is very active and my boyfriend and I really enjoy the events. Anything from pool parties, to taco night, to breakfast on the go. Luke and Tori organize the events and go above and beyond to make sure events are diverse, entertaining, cater to all ages, and they always make you feel welcome. We have greatly appreciated their hospitality and sense of community, especially after moving across the country with no family here. Maintenance and staff rarely respond to issues.
Had to come to facebook because they blocked my comment on the tibron map, By far the most garbage place that you could live at i lived here 2 years from the start there where isues the carpet was wet i had to pay $49 extra dollers at my original apartments because of it the place was filed with discust the cleaning lady didint clean there was growth under the sink along the bathtube the termostat didint work the washer was durty and it smelt like roten food the fridge had ol… See more

The most non kid friendly place I’ve ever lived. There is no where for kids to play in grass without getting full of dog poop and one of the reasons we picked this place was because it said no dogs over 30lbs and I’ve seen nothing but huge dogs and huge piles of crap everywhere, even on sidewalks. I do not like big dogs, no matter what the breed and the dog to resident ratio here is insane. It’s more like a kennel club here.
