This hardwood floor company is the absolute best you could choose. We have used them 4 separate times over the span of 8 years to stain new hardwood floors we put down in different parts of our house, such as when we removed carpet upstairs in all rooms, or remodeled our kitchen, or remodeled the stairs to our basement. What a pleasure! This is what it is like to hire a professional. I live in a high rise in Chicago and had 3 prior floor installers not show up, and when they did eventually, they were late, full of excuses and I waited months with still no new floor (Avoid Empire Carpet if you can!). Our neighbor highly recommended Tibu to us after a great experience. Tibu came to our home and were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I don't do anything without getting three quotes. But understand that my final decision in not solely based on price. Their quote was not the lowest but close, and we chose them because of their knowledge and patience.
