Dr. Tibiletti is awesome! He has great bedside manner, and explains things in great detail. BUT - his office staff is HORRIBLE!! I have yet to have a pleasant experience when speaking to any of them. None of them are personable, they all seem extremely irritated when answering the phone, or even answering questions. Like I said earlier, Dr. Tibiletti is amazingly kind, and helpful, but he could really benefit from new staff - and from reading other reviews it seems like others agree!
I don't know how to fully express how amazing Dr. Tibiletti is. He is caring and really takes time to explain everything to you and makes you feel comfortable. He delivered my first child yesterday and i know it would have been a much different experience if he wasn't there. I will be forever grateful for this wonderful man!
Dr.Tibiletti is the most amazing doctor I have ever had! He listens and spends time with you, he explains things to you while not using huge medical terms that make no since. BUUUTTTTT... His staff is awful. From the office manager( The worst person) down to the front desk staff! After having my baby I continued to bleed for months, I called several times to get in but was told to leave voicemails with his nurse which I was told was normal but I ended up in ER for severe anemia.
Dr. Tibiletti is a great doctor, but his receptionist Carry Ann is always rude, aggressive, and not very smart. She's passive aggressive and makes the patient wait forever in the check out process. She's very unprofessional to say the least.
