This family own business is wonderful. Both the mother and the daughter, Sonam and Pachen, make you feel at home and appreciated. They are kind and generous and loving. Had such a fun time making charm bracelets here! Service was super quick and everyone was so nice and thoughtful. Lots of other goodies in there to check out!
Went to Tibetan Golden Lotus this weekend to make a charm bracelet. While the metals for the bracelets and necklaces are not sterling silver or solid gold, they are priced to reflect that and the selection of charms is far better than those I've seen elsewhere. Staff was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. A friend of the shop owner, Cindy, chatted with me while I searched for the perfect charms to create my one of a kind, very meaning, keepsake from the Bay area. Overall, it was a great experience.
Took my wife in to get a charm bracelet and had a great time. Beautiful selection of jewelry, statues and stones as well. Employee was very kind and helpful. Would go again 10/10 time
