Massage was excellent and customer service was good. Only reason it’s not a 5 star review was because they had a “Minimum Tip Fee” that wasn’t explained in the beginning or posted anywhere. The tip wasn’t automatic but was an option. I tipped $20 anyways because the service I had was great but my friend tipped 5$ and was told that minimum tip was $10 which wasn’t said beforehand which made things somewhat awkward.
