Tiberio Sipos began his career as an apprentice jeweler in Brazil at the age of 14 while working for his brother-in-law. He mastered his skills as a jewelery craftsman in the old-world tradition of manufacturing jewelry by hand. In 1970, he moved to Arizona with his wife Julia and three children. Tiberio immediately found work as a Master Jeweler and in short time opened his own wholesale jewelry manufacturing company in Phoenix employing 14 full time workers.
