I'm just moving out after 4 yrs here. If you see Humphrey Management anywhere, run in the other direction. They are terrible. Community Manager spent all day with her door closed playing games. The building itself is in terrible shape. The windows don't open and there is a film on them so you can't see out. Parking is ridiculous. My neighbor got her car stolen right out of the lot. Drug addicts and pushers hang out outside. A resident was dead for at least 4 days before residents noticed the smell and called police. There ar... read more
