Great experience! Our HOA community hired Tibbs Paving for asphalt milling and paving, as well as, some concrete curb work. We plan on hiring them again for more work in our HOA. The bobcat was in the straightaway lane, while my son was in the left turn lane. The driver of the bobcat turned left INTO MY SON. Virginia requires a traffic management/control plan and a ground crew, neither of which were present. NV Flagging showed up on the scene AFTER I arrived.
