My wife and I had been to a couple RV dealerships and none of them treated us as good as Tiara RV. They did not rush us like other places. They did not try and sell us whatever. Instead they took the time to ask questions and listen. They let us look through multiple options with no rush and all the info we needed when asked. Tanner helped us find the best camper for us, offered us advice and help getting our SUV ready for towing- and was very patient and informative showing us how everything works. Great customer service!
I drove 5 hours to trade in a camper and upgrade to a Forest River 5th wheel at Tiara. I noticed some problems with the 5th wheel and needed them to fix them. They fixed one of the items and never addressed the other items. I picked up the unit a week later and got it home. The first time it rained the unit leaked through the rear ac and had mouse doppings throughout. I called Tanner and discussed the issues with him and they never got back to me.
