Filed paperwork 6 months after sale for Illinois sales tax and then Illinois hits me up for late fees and they refuse to pay and now are totally ignoring me. Tried text and email. Been going thru this for 6 months. Just ignoring me. They are 100% responsible. Next step is legal action. Do not trust them!!!!
Tater, Kyle and the rest of the crew at Tiara are top notch. Full photos and disclosure in their advertising, very quick response to email and phone calls. The trailer was detailed and ready when we got there. Tater did a complete walk through and made sure all of our questions were answered. Added bonus when they let me use their shop to install my hitch as it was cold and snowy. Will absolutely look to them for our next trailer.

I purchased my 2and RV from Tiara. They are great and honest group to deal with. Gary, Chris and Chad did a great job. If your looking for a RV dealer, I would drive hundreds of miles to purchase from Tiara. Great dealer to purchase a RV from but beware of any warranty work, after sale support is less than desirable. Long story but I'll try to make it short. Warranty due to roof structural issue on 2020 Redwood MB3901. They replaced roof wood with partical boards (does not meet manufacturer requirements).
