After multiple attempts to contact them via calls, emails, and social media regarding a potential product presentation, we did not receive any response. Our outreach was ultimately blocked on Instagram without explanation. Clear communication is essential in distribution partnerships, and this experience did not meet professional expectations. Based on our experience, we would not recommend pursuing a partnership
