Avoid them for mortgages, especially Jeff Nelson. After being promised a certain loan, doing the full application, waiting weeks, I was then told that they couldn't give me the mortgage I was promised but that I would qualify for a conventional 20% down mortgage. I said ok let's do it. I haven't heard from Jeff in 5 weeks, emailed him several times, left several voicemails to him and his assistant. No one has contacted me. Complete waste of time.
