Very nice environment, feel comfortable and secure, super clean and friendly, I love it!
My appointment was at 1:50. I was waiting until I got into this room for 15 mins and when I came in, a male assistant wad very rude to me telling me “that I did not know what annual exam I booked for” even though I did the initial consultation over online with one of their PN for today’s appointment. I was looking at Tia for my primary doctor, but with this experience, I don’t think I will be coming back. I am still waiting in this room after 30 mins!
The nurse practitioner I saw was great - she genuinely seemed interested in hearing about my health concerns and journey. I didn't feel rushed. She explained everything she was doing. I was able to get all my annual exams and labs done under the same roof in the same visit. There were no wait times. All of the staff were kind. I've already recommended Tia to two friends!
Ive been a member at TIA for over 4 years and unfortunately I don’t think its quality is holding up. The last few times the doctors have been running very behind and the appointments have been lighting quick because they were running behind. Not sure its worth the membership fee, the locations are beautiful and everyone is accommodating. Just think it doesn’t have the staff to support the demand.
Wonderful experience. Clean, beautiful, and warm atmosphere. Knowledgeable, kind, and Timely providers. In house phlebotomy. Truly feels like whole-person care.
