Today was my first visit and I am absolutely thrilled about this clinic. From the lobby to the exam room. Overall sense of calm — the decor is very spa inspired, creating a safe atmosphere to be able to open up about my medical concerns and issues. I highly recommend seeing for yourself. Give yourself the opportunity to experience this clinic specializing in women’s health.
This clinic recently made changes and is now consistently running behind. They ask you to arrive 10 minutes early to check in, but don’t see you until an hour or more after your scheduled appointment time. My appointment was at 10:20 AM. By 10:50 AM, I was told they were just bringing back the 10:00 AM patient, and it would be another 30+ minutes before I’d even be taken to a room—over an hour past my appointment time. Please respect your patients’ time and improve scheduling.
Fantastic experience with the staff - Dr. Tully was great, as was the wonderful phlebotomist who also did my intake/height/blood pressure at the start of the appointment. I felt absolutely seen and respected, and cared for, but appreciated the fact that there wasn't wasted time. My fist visit went very smoothly and the MD was very supportive. However, I was TWO minutes after my appointment time for my second and was refused care. What kind of health clinic doesn’t have any grace period while they make you wait well over time on their end?
